Jinxed

If I was a superstitious person I'd think I jinxed our last few weeks ... amongst a raft of problems, the car sale fell through and the cat is just back from a 5 day stay in the pet hospital ... fingers crossed paid for on the aforementioned pet insurance.

I think things are going to get better from here though.
